SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.sodalemonsg.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Payment Policy.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY 

This section applies to Singapore addresses only.  

Shipment processing time 

We strive to process all orders within 4 weeks.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, phone call, or messaging applications (e.g. Whatsapp / Telegram).  

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

1 working days (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

* No deliveries on Public Holidays
For each address:
- $5 for 1 item
- $8 for 2 items
- Free delivery for 3 items and above
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.   

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Soda Lemon LLP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages 

Soda Lemon LLP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping assuming that we have performed our due diligence in preparing your order for shipment. If you received your order damaged, please inform us and we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We may be able to provide a replacement depending on the outcome of the claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods while awaiting for the outcome of your claim. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

We currently do not ship to outside of Singapore. 


PAYMENT POLICY 

Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart.  We currently offer 1 (one) mode of payment: PayNow.

For payment via PayNow: You will have to select “PayNow” as the payment option and upon checking out, make the transfer via PayNow and send a screenshot of the successful PayNow transaction to our phone number: (65) 9842 2196

Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email or message (e.g. via text / Whatsapp / Telegram) to that effect. By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final.
