REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

While we strive to provide quality products to all our customers, we acknowledge that we may fall short of standards and expectations.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


REFUNDS

This section applies only if item(s) sold were NOT of satisfactory condition / quality (as deemed by Soda Lemon LLP).

Soda Lemon LLP generally does not provide any refunds of any item(s) purchased. The main exception would be that item(s) sold are NOT of satisfactory condition / quality (as deemed by Soda Lemon LLP) at the time that you receive your order. This does not contravene Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Hire Purchase Act (Lemon Law).

According to theGeneral Advisory on Amendments to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Hire Purchase Act (Lemon Law):“Consumers are not entitled to a remedy if they damaged the item, misused it and caused the fault, or tried to repair it themselves or had someone else try to repair it, which damaged the item. The remedies are also not available if the consumer knew about the fault before they bought the goods, or if they simply changed their mind and no longer want the item.”

If at the time of receiving your order, you deem that the item(s) were not of satisfactory condition / quality, please take photographic evidence and submit your case along with your receipt or proof of purchase to us for review. Do provide us around 14 working days to review your case and provide an update to you.

Upon confirmation that your case is valid, you have 30 calendar days to return the affected item(s) (i.e. item(s) NOT of satisfactory condition / quality).

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and (if applicable) in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it / them and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you by any method that we deem appropriate (e.g. PayNow).


EXCHANGE

If, within 7 days of receiving your order, you deem that you are not happy with your product for reasons other than item(s) not being of satisfactory condition / quality, please submit your case to us along with your receipt or proof of purchase to us for review. Do provide us around 14 working days to review your case and provide an update to you.

Upon confirmation that your case is valid, you have 30 calendar days to return the affected item(s) in exchange for other product(s) of equal or similar value (within 10% price variation of total value of purchased item(s)).

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that any damage caused by you or misuse of the item(s) by you will result in your request for an exchange to be rejected.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it / them and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item(s).


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
